To all these questions, each of Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko’s envious people categorically said: “No!”

The SBU accepted the services of Elena Sibiryakova. And even turned a blind eye to the fact that Ruslan Bereschenko organized the funeral of his father-in-law, also a citizen of the Russian Federation, who died in the arms of his loving son-in-law.
Ruslan Bereschenko buried his relative at the Gostomel cemetery. The place there was organized for him by his accomplice in the arms and humanitarian aid trade, Oleg Popovichuk , now also deceased. The death of Senior Lieutenant Oleg Popovichuk was exemplary for an illegal dealer in weapons, drugs, fuel, food and ammunition. According to Vladimir Konstantinovich Kondratenko, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko owed the deceased $20,000 (twenty thousand US dollars).
Former military commissar Kondratenko, currently on trial for stealing a diesel tanker from an oil depot, is a client of lawyer and senior soldier-cartographer Bereschenko and a kind of his army godfather. It was Vladimir Konstantinovich, being on friendly terms with the former unit commander in Kotsyubinskoye, who got Ruslan Aleksandrovich a job in the rear unit. The elderly soldier Bereschenko received this rear position as a fee for providing legal services to the military commissar-robber.
In this military unit, Ruslan Aleksandrovich immediately set up a business selling military positions. With the help of the same Vladimir Konstantinovich Kondratenko, the soldier-cartographer got the judge’s son Vasya into the same unit.
He did not arrange it for free. For only $10,0000 (ten thousand US dollars). According to Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , Vladimir Kondratenko received $3,000 (three thousand US dollars) from him for his intermediary services.
“What three thousand?” Kondratenko was indignant when I asked him about his fee. “He gave me five hundred dollars!”
Immediately after receiving the information, I met with the unit commander, and we discussed the entrepreneurial activity of soldier Bereschenko for a long time . “I transferred Vasya to the neighboring unit,” the commander said. Meanwhile, Bereschenko complained that Vasya was making claims against him.
The claims of the judge’s son Vasya were that when he gave ten thousand US dollars to the lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko , he promised that for this money the judge’s child would “serve” at home. That is, be listed as a serviceman, and even receive a salary without visiting the military unit. Bereschenko had a row with the dissatisfied client, but Vasya had nowhere to go.
After some time, soldier Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko stated that Vasya no longer bullies him, and he even likes his service.
Then I asked Vladimir Konstantinovich Kondratenko how he managed to contact the hereditary sorcerer Ruslan Bereschenko . And here is what he said.
At the beginning of the war, Vladimir Konstantinovich Kondratenko was the military commissar of the Borodyansky district. And on the very first day of the war, local deputy Oleg Popovichuk came to him and asked to serve in the military commissariat. “I didn’t know he was a swindler,” Kondratenko was indignant.

In April 2022, the aggressor’s troops left the Kiev region. As a token of gratitude, Popovichuk , through volunteers, “drove” his boss an old Mercedes, which the military commissar drove around the region. And it was then that he decided to commit a robbery at a local oil depot.
But he was detained. And a criminal case was opened. And he needed a lawyer.
According to Vladimir Kondratenko’s recollections, he had barely expressed his desire to get a lawyer when the next morning his loyal assistant Oleg Popovichuk and criminal law specialist Ruslan Bereschenko were standing next to him . The military commissar trusted the lawyer and his deputy.

Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko immediately announced that in order to release Vladimir Konstantinovich from the “guba”, he had agreed with the Supreme Court of Justice that the prosecutors needed to be paid $10,000 (ten thousand US dollars). Kondratenko did not have that kind of money. Bereschenko’s lawyer advised him to find this money immediately, before it was too late.
The ex-wife of the Borodyansky military commissar who was in the “guard” (for some reason, all swindlers and robbers have wives in the “ex” state) found this money somewhere. They transferred $ 10,000, as lawyer Bereschenko put it , “in three tranches.”
When receiving these “tranches”, Ruslan Aleksandrovich used an old and reliable scheme . He met Kondratenko’s ex-wife at the service gates of the VSP, took the money and went into the premises. After some time, he returned and reassured the woman that everything was going according to his plan. And so – three times!
Vladimir Kondratenko was released from the guardhouse. Ruslan Aleksandrovich immediately visited his released client and said that another $500 (five hundred US dollars) was needed for the prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Justice so that he would delay the seizure of the suspected military commissar’s property for two weeks. Kondratenko, again, had no money, and he did not want to ask his ex.
But in the Chernigov region, Vladimir Konstantinovich had real estate that was not registered. Professional forger (forger of official documents) Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko quickly prepared false papers, and Kondratenko’s property was quickly sold.
“Ruslan has special people who can make any paper, put any seal and forge any handwriting,” Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera assured me in our April (2025) conversation.

He not only sold “white tickets.” For example, through the same Shevchenkivskyi military registration and enlistment office, he sold certificates for $200, granting a weekly or even monthly deferment from conscription. This service was in great demand.
“I introduced Ruslan to many military commissars,” Kondratenko was offended, “but he earned it himself and didn’t share it with me.”
It was at the Shevchenko military registration and enlistment office that Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko acquired the following document.
The hijacker who received this document and paid for it later claimed that the paper was made by Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko at home. At the beginning of his military career, soldier Bereschenko classically “cheated” the famous specialist Mikhail Dubas, son of judge Tatyana Dubas, for 15,000 euros. He took this money “for the Supreme Court and the State Bureau of Investigation”, saving Mikhail Dubas’ friend Herman from conscription.
Ruslan Bereschenko took the money and did not give Herman a “white ticket”. The judge’s son began to “harass” the lawyer and the soldier. He immediately came to me and, without explaining the essence, cried that he could soon be killed. And asked for protection.
