“I was stupid not to get a receipt from him,” Galina now regrets. She borrowed the money from friends, and now the creditors are demanding repayment.
“If something happens to my son, I will commit suicide,” the woman sobs.

Already at 16:39, the commander of the sorcerer Bereschenko , named Alexander Vasilyevich, sent me a message in which he refused an audience and reported that he had opened a criminal case against me under the now trump article 111. And Bychkov believed. Despite the fact that he was in his seventies and was not subject to mobilization by law.
And the Mogilev-Podolsk city-district court of the Vinnytsia region, judge Savkova Inna Nikolaevna, in one go turned inside out the professional abilities of lawyer Bereschenko Ruslan Aleksandrovich, including his professional criminal skills in forging documents for the court.
Senior soldier Bereschenko Ruslan Aleksandrovich knew that his actions fell under Article 384 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. And, nevertheless, for $10,000 he forged the unit commander’s letter.
If Alexander Vasilyevich, the superior of senior soldier Bereschenko, is interested in the contents of this letter to the court, he can read it in court. Of course, unless he signed it.
So, the court “critically evaluates the defense’s position” that when determining the punishment, it is necessary to take into account as a positive fact that Ruslan Bychkov asked a certain unit commander to serve. As it turned out, the letter is of a recommendatory nature.
But Judge Inna Nikolaevna Savkova clearly indicated that martial law on the territory of Ukraine has been in effect since 05:30 on February 24, 2022, and Ruslan Bychkov expressed a desire to go to war only after he was brought to criminal responsibility.
Moreover. Judge Savkova Inna Nikolaevna noted that Bychkov’s desire to join (exactly like that: “to join”) the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine contradicts the following circumstance. Lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereshchenko asked the court to take into account the situation that positively characterizes his client: Ruslan Bychkov’s constant care of his mother, a disabled person of the 1st group.
By submitting a forged letter from the unit commander to the court, Ruslan Bereschenko thereby confirmed that there was no longer any need to look after a first-group disabled person. As they say in such cases, “either put on your underwear or take off your cross.”
