Senior soldier-cartographer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , as it turned out, is molding a bright patriotic future for himself. Let me remind you that the first time they put a military uniform on him was on July 12, 2022 , when soldier Bereschenko was 44 years, 3 months and 10 days old.
“Do you even know which side to approach the machine gun from?” I asked the newly minted rear warrior.
Until July 2022, soldier Bereschenko did not know the rules for approaching a personal weapon, but he was shown this movement. Moreover, having studied the algorithm of the movement, he boasted that he had bought some missing spare part for this machine gun at a military store.
That is, in the first months of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko was in no hurry to defend the country’s sovereignty with a machine gun in his hands. He was clearly waiting for something. And, having waited, he infiltrated not the front lines , but the rear unit near Kiev, service in which allowed and allows him to do his professional work: “cheating” gullible clients and those closest to him. And, under the influence of a lapse in his memory due to the presence of a tumor in his head (sometimes – two tumors), soldier-cartographer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko wrote in a completely responsible manner on a social network that he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
And he even attached two photographs of himself in military uniform, wearing a helmet and balaclava to this fake. Apparently, to intimidate his creditor Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko , to whom he owes $42,000 since September 30, 2020.
And whom he threatened to shoot with a machine gun . Probably a service machine gun, and not the one brought to Ruslan Bereschenko by his accomplice Oleg Popovichuk , who was killed by unknown persons .
Not sexual intercourse from Bereschenko
On the last day of May 2025, Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko (last name changed – Ed.), one of the victims of the senior soldier-cartographer’s “scams”, responded to the publication of our articles about the professional activities of Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko . She is the only one of the former clients of the lawyer and military man Bereschenko who sent copies of documents to our publication, from which another important (after the soldier Bereschenko approached the machine gun) algorithm of actions – this time fraudulent – of the agent “ Pukhlyna ” became clear.
On June 17, 2024, in Kiev, lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereshchenko , while in military uniform and on military service, brought agreement No. 12/24-FO “ on the provision of legal assistance ” to individual Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko for signature .
In this agreement, fraudulent from the moment it was written and signed, Ksenia Doroshenko entrusted, and lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko assumed many obligations, including (clause 2.1.1) “ to provide (so it is in the agreement!) legal assistance .”
The agreement was fraudulent already because on the date of signing, June 17, 2024, attorney Bereschenko stopped his legal practice.
The Law of Ukraine “ On the Bar and Legal Activity ”, in Article 31 entitled “ Reinforcement of the right to engage in legal activity ”, states, in particular, the following:
“5. Let’s extend the line of the right to engage in legal activity; a lawyer has no right to engage in legal activity .”
That is, soldier-cartographer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko had no right to practice law from May 24, 2024 to June 29, 2024, and from October 11, 2024 to January 28, 2025! And, naturally, he had no right to sign an agreement with Ksenia Vasilyevna Doroshenko on June 17, 2024 as a lawyer!
Perhaps, lawyer Bereschenko , crushed by a tumor in his cranium (sometimes two tumors), forgot about the existence of this fundamental law for lawyers? But in the 5th section of the contract he personally drafted, he responsibly refers to this law:
Well, in section 4, the suspended lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereshchenko writes out how the procedure for settlement will take place between Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko and him, the lawyer, “ The procedure for settlement .”
“4.1. For legal assistance, which is requested by a lawyer, the client will pay in hryvnias, without VAT .”
Bereschenko, a lawyer with a suspended right to practice law, threaten to provide to Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko?
Ksenia Vasilievna had the sentence of the Goloseevsky District Court of Kiev and the real three years she had received for petty theft. She filed an appeal. And lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko took on the task of winning this appeal.
To win in a completely original and fraudulent way. That is, in the same way that he practiced in the Odessa and Vinnitsa appellate courts. And, finally, the time has come for Bereschenko to practice for the Kyiv appellate court.
The suspended lawyer Bereschenko , before proceeding to implement the plan to deceive the panel of the Kiev Court of Appeal, signed the following, non-sexual, act with Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko:
The document had a long and complicated title:
“Act No. 1 of the capture and transfer of pennies for additional savings until Agreement No. 12.24-FO on the provision of legal (legal) assistance dated June 17, 2024.”
That is, Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko had nowhere to keep her money, so she transferred $5,000 (five thousand US dollars) for safekeeping to a lawyer holding certificate #285, who at the time of accepting this money did not have legal authority as a lawyer, and who was also a military serviceman, soldier-cartographer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko . And another zero cents.
Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko and suspended lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko agreed that the date for the lawyer to return the funds from this safekeeping is August 1, 2024.
Further (clause 3 of this non-sexual act), the suspended lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko agreed that Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko, if he did not return the funds he had taken for safekeeping in the amount of $5,000 by August 1, 2024, could sue him and complain to the Bar Association’s Disciplinary Committee. After all, this act is an integral part of the agreement dated June 17, 2024!
In addition, the suspended lawyer and soldier-cartographer Ruslan Bereschenko was in such a hurry to take $ 5,000 for safekeeping that he left the old date in the act of June 17, 2024: ” City of Kyiv, Twenty-first September, two thousand and twenty-two years ago .” Which indicates since when the suspended lawyer Bereschenko has been engaged in safekeeping of other people’s money.
That is, from September 21, 2022, two and a half months after the Ukrainian Armed Forces put a military uniform on him, including a helmet and balaclava.
Official fakes of Bereschenko
Having received $5,000 for safekeeping from Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko on July 17, 2024, soldier-cartographer and lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, who was reinstated in his right to practice law on June 29, 2024 , issues the following official document on July 5, 2024:
Military unit A2923, according to soldier-cartographer Bereschenko , is a military hospital in Irpen.
Deputy Commander of Military Unit A2923 for the medical part – Head of the Unit, Colonel of the Medical Service Vasily Besaga writes on this day, July 5, 2024, a paper to the Head of the Holosiivsky District Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in the city of Kiev that “the command of military unit A2923 has positively considered the candidacy of Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko regarding the possibility of her mobilization and placement in the position of junior nurse.”
According to the staff, Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko, like Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , was awarded the title of “soldier” and a salary was established according to the wage grade.
That is, the military hospital in Irpen was in full combat readiness to accept Ksenia Vasilyevna Doroshenko into its ranks as a junior nurse with appropriate payment for her service.
In parentheses, I will note that I once had the opportunity to write about another Irpen client of lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko , named Yuriy Petrovich Saponenko. Ruslan Aleksandrovich assured that it was he who “arranged” for Mr. Saponenko to become a postgraduate student at the Irpen University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for the same $5,000 in 2023, so that he would not be called up for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
So, Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko patiently began to wait for the Goloseevsky TCC to call her to serve in the Irpen hospital. Especially since Colonel Vasily Besaga asked the head of the TCC to draw up documents for the mobilization of Ksenia Vasilievna and, – attention! – ” her appointment to the above-designated settlement in accordance with the established procedure .”
According to the document brought by lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , it turned out that the head of the Goloseevsky TCC was supposed to appoint Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko to the position of junior nurse at the Irpen military hospital “in the established manner”!
Not much time passed, and the lawyer and soldier Bereschenko pleased his client with the following official document:
This temporary certificate of military service No. 2/9/5 dated September 30, 2024 was issued by the head of the Shevchenko TCC, Colonel Vladislav Mikheev.
the Goloseevsky district , had no relation to the Shevchenkovsky district. However, the lawyer and soldier-cartographer Ruslan Bereschenko had a full and trusting relation to the Shevchenkovsky TCC .
The lawyer and serviceman Bereshchenko brought this temporary certificate to his client literally the day before the hearing of the Kiev Court of Appeal.
“I was hysterical from anticipation and took sedatives,” says Ksenia Vasilievna.
Taking this certificate in her hands, now soldier Ksenia Doroshenko, who on September 29, 2024, as it followed from the official paper, passed the medical commission at the Shevchenko TCC and was found fit for military service, asked the soldier-cartographer why he brought her a temporary certificate and not a military ID? The answer of the lawyer Bereschenko was incredibly truthful:
“The booklets (military tickets) are gone.” Laconic and military-like!
From that moment until today, Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko, clothed in the contents of this official document, thinks that she is serving in the Irpen military hospital. Moreover, this presence is confirmed and sealed: from 01.10.2024 she was appointed to the position of junior nurse.
“Have you ever wondered who gets your salary?” I asked her.
She was not interested. And all because the lawyer and soldier Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , ceremoniously handing her this temporary certificate, blabbed a military secret. He assured Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko that a new military engineering unit was currently being created in Kiev, where he, soldier Ruslan Bereschenko , would transfer his client to the position of “shifting papers.”
Subsequently, over the course of four months, lawyer Bereschenko will tell Ksenia Vasilievna that the engineering unit is about to be formed, and the opening of this military formation is being delayed due to and exclusively “because of bureaucracy.”
Probably, General Syrsky is personally to blame for this delay.
Reassured by the attentive attitude of the soldier-cartographer Bereschenko , Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko handed over a copy of two official papers to the Kiev Court of Appeal through her new lawyer. So, for the information of interested organizations, these copies, made by the lawyer and soldier Ruslan Bereschenko , have been preserved in the court.
As for the appeal itself, it is better to present its conclusions in the original language:
“ And so, the fragments, the varity of the lane, which was secretly trying to steal Sh. In 2018, the turnover was 872.01 UAH, and in 2019, the turnover was 703.18 UAH, so these sums were smaller for the size, from which In compliance with Law No. 3886-IX and the provisions of the Subsidiary Code of Ukraine, criminal liability is established – 1762 UAH. that 1921 UAH. Obviously, the commission of a criminal offense at this time does not fall under the criminal punishment of the act transferred by the Special Unit of the CC of Ukraine.
Paragraph 4-1 of part 1 of Article 284 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine states that criminal activities are closed once the law has been passed, which establishes the criminality of the act…
Looking at the report, the panel of judges came to the conclusion that the lawyer’s fussing is satisfactory, the statement of the Golosiivsky District Court of Kiev is dismissed, and the criminal offense is closed .”

This, firstly, showed the level of the soldier-cartographer as a lawyer. And, secondly, one of the judges advised Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko to get the treasured booklet – a military ID, which Ruslan Bereschenko “ran out of”.
Lawyer Bereschenko , who took on the job of arranging for his client to serve in the military, did not even know how the appeals court ended. In April 2025, he called Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko and offered to make her a third-group disabled person for only $7,000 (seven thousand US dollars).
It turns out that the senior soldier-cartographer is also engaged in this type of his creative activity!
Ksenia Vasilievna refused such a flattering and promising offer, noting that lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko was surprised that the appeal acquitted her and even returned the bail. And, as a result of the fruitful cooperation of the former defendant Doroshenko with the lawyer and senior soldier Bereschenko :
First. The $5,000 taken into custody with the obligation to return it by August 1, 2024, was not returned by the lawyer and senior soldier Bereschenko , but rather appropriated.
Bereschenko was supposed to do for the stolen $5,000 , Ksenia Vasilievna Doroshenko had to hire two more lawyers, which cost her another $5,000.
Third. Relaxed by impunity, lawyer and senior soldier Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko documented through Ksenia Vasilyevna the scheme and organizations on whose behalf he submitted forged documents to the courts for 3 (three!) years while serving as a serviceman.
Fourth. Ksenia cannot officially get a job because she is sure that she serves as a soldier in the position of a junior nurse in the Irpen military hospital. After all, this is what the certificate signed by Colonel V. Mikheyev assures her of.
