Employees of the prosecutor’s office, police, special services and judges are interconnected not only by virtue of the investigation, control over the investigation and restoration of justice in relation to the victim of the criminal, a citizen of Ukraine. Sometimes their state interests are interpreted in completely different ways. And only the conduct of journalistic investigations with publications in the media bring these interpretations into the norms that comply with the law.
