Contract killings that are not investigated by law enforcement officers or are not investigated to their logical conclusion do not become such because law enforcement officers cannot find the killer, organizer and customer. They can, but not always they are allowed to do so by their superiors due to the so-called “political decisions”.

In our practice, there were several such murders uncovered by our journalists. Relatives of the murdered turned to our publication after ordeals in the police, the prosecutor’s office, trips to godfathers and acquaintances. And always, within a maximum of several months, we found all the members of the criminal community.
