Where did the tumor (sometimes two tumors) in Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko ‘s head come from? After all, in July 2022, when Vladimir Konstantinovich Kodratenko arranged for his lawyer Bereschenko to work in the rear through the Shevchenko TCC, even one tumor was not observed by the doctors in the cranium of the forty-year-old warrior.
“Every day he called me several times and pestered me to get him into this unit,” claims the former military commissar and bandit Kondratenko. He did.
“I’ll send him to zero just as I hired him, the swindler,” Vladimir Konstantinovich was indignant a year after this employment of Ruslan Bereschenko . Ruslan Aleksandrovich himself was twice in a pre-infarction state when he saw his commander and the ex-military commissar together, talking about something on the territory of the unit. It seemed to him that Vladimir Kondratenko was trying to put his threats into practice. Moreover, seeing his lawyer, the military commissar-robber smiled maliciously.
But after some time, namely in January 2024, the commander and friend of the ex-military commissar was fired from the unit and transferred to another place of service. And here’s why.
On the night of Epiphany in 2024, two servicemen of the unit, a lieutenant colonel and a major, got drunk to such a wild state that the lieutenant colonel stabbed his colleague and fellow soldier several times in the chest. A lawyer, advocate and then still just a soldier, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, immediately got involved in the case.
He said that the attacking lieutenant colonel was a hunter, accustomed to cutting up the carcasses of killed animals, and therefore stabbed his colleague between the ribs professionally. For which he was placed in the guardhouse in Kyiv. The victim, naturally, calmed down on a hospital bed.
The major who was not cut up survived. The lieutenant colonel who cut him up was subject to prosecution. Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko immediately got his bearings in the situation and developed a plan to save the would-be killer.
He met the lieutenant colonel’s son and offered him to save his father from prison for only $10,000. The son agreed to the rescue plan and handed over the money requested by Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko without complaint.
The brilliant idea of the lawyer and advocate Bereschenko was to drag the hooligan lieutenant colonel to the front line, which would certainly rehabilitate him. The lawyer conveyed to the prisoner through his son that he would go to the front line in the Zaporizhzhya region. But not to the front line itself, but to the headquarters of some military unit.
Time passed. Ruslan Aleksandrovich habitually postponed the deadlines for the lieutenant colonel’s transfer from the “lip” to the front. The wounded major had already left the hospital, alive and well. He had already written the appropriate paper to the court stating that he had no claims against his offender.
The robber lieutenant colonel, who had dug in at his estate in Novi Petrivtsi , had already been released from the guardhouse. And the soldier-cartographer Bereschenko was still “translating” his colleague to the front line.
This epic ended with Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , who had come to the lieutenant colonel’s estate once again, being confronted by his sister, “a former police colonel.” The sister of the murderous lieutenant colonel immediately declared the soldier-cartographer a “fraudster,” demanded the return of the money he had taken, and said that she had already resolved the issue of her brother’s transfer without the participation of Bereschenko’s lawyer.
The lieutenant colonel fully agreed with his sister’s resolution. This agreement outraged Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko the most. For now he had to return the money taken for the transfer.
It is unknown how the latest epic of returning money for work not done by Ruslan Aleksandrovich ended. It is unknown, of course, to the general public, but not to the most senior soldier Bereschenko.
“Torpedo” by Zubera
Bereschenko looked closely at the new commander, Aleksandr Vasilyevich, and gained his trust for a rather short time. And he continued, during his service, to be distracted by his usual activities.
One day, Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera, who had not given up hope of making money on draft dodgers , “sent” Ruslan Aleksandrovich another “client”. A friend of some friend of Tsubera.
Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko met with the potential ” white ticket holder ” and stipulated the usual conditions for him: $10,000. He agreed. But the animal and witchcraft instinct, which the soldier-cartographer constantly boasts about, this time told him that Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera had sent him a “torpedo”, and not a good fellow who did not want to “dodge” the army.
“Torpedo” drove a premium car with a number consisting of several zeros: 9000. At the same time as the “torpedo” appeared on the horizon, Ruslan Aleksandrovich received a call from the military commissar-robber Kondratenko, who told him a story about how he was being called in for an interview by a certain NABU detective.
Soldier Ruslan Bereschenko’s “uterus dropped.” And he immediately turned on his regular music about how he would hand over Igor along with his “torpedo.”
Having learned the detective’s phone number from Kondratenko, Ruslan Bereschenko asked for a meeting at NABU. And the detective accepted him.
According to the soldier-cartographer, he went to NABU not alone, but with an old acquaintance, Yuriy Tandit , a former adviser to SBU chief Vasyl Hrytsak. “Not tall, strong build,” Bereschenko, who relaxed after the meeting, later described the detective.
Ruslan Aleksandrovich modestly kept silent about what the “Japanese” and the cartographer were talking about. He only said that the detective offered him to secretly cooperate with NABU, but, according to the soldier, he refused, referring to Tandit , who was sitting next to him: he said that he had been “snitching” for the benefit of the SBU for a long time.

Tandit chuckled vaguely, neither confirming nor denying Ruslan Aleksandrovich’s statement that he was a secret agent, or, in common parlance, a snitch. The interlocutor from NABU fully agreed with such a deadly argument from Bereschenko.
From that day on, soldier Bereschenko added Igor Vasilyevich Tsuber to his “black list” of unreliable people, periodically recalling his stressful illness when visiting NABU. “He was panicking on the verge of hysteria,” said former military commissar Kondratenko.
And soon after this stressful event for Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, the new unit commander Aleksandr Vasilyevich sent him as part of a group of “young” fighters to a training unit. On the eve of the dispatch, agent “Pukhlyna” called me and asked me to take him to training in my car, and then, about a month later, to take him back. His personal driver Igor was putting his car in for repairs.
If anyone doesn’t know yet, soldier Ruslan Bereschenko doesn’t recognize public transport and travels exclusively with his personal driver Igor in the driver’s car, or by taxi. Sometimes it seems that he spends the night in the back seat of the car.
How he pays Igor is unknown to the public. But they have become such good friends that this personal driver often acts as a courier and personal bodyguard, and sometimes as an accomplice in the lawyer and warrior’s difficult cases. Once they were both even beaten.
According to Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, this time he suffered less than during the battle with the bandits at the Friendship of Nations Arch. He was hit only once.
Agent “Pukhlyna” was sprawled out on the back seat as usual, Igor was driving as usual. Suddenly a jeep with ” Euro-plate ” numbers overtook them and braked sharply. Igor was forced to stop.
of the “Europlate”, and the first one started hitting Igor. “I screamed: what are you doing!?”, – shared the impressions of the agent “Pukhlyna”. And immediately the second attacker hit Ruslan Aleksandrovich in the stomach.
After the execution was over, the strangers jumped into the jeep and sped away. Agent “Pukhlyna” wrote down their number (just in case!).
Igor explained to his boss Ruslan Bereschenko that he had most likely cut off the attackers’ car somewhere. The agent of “Pukhlyna” suggested that one of his creditors had hired the bandits to intimidate them. However, Ruslan Bereschenko did not rule out the mischievous long arms of the Crimean FSB officers . And perhaps this was a greeting from Igor Tsubera.
Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, which was not yet burdened with a tumor (or two tumors), had a right to exist.
So, getting back to the advanced training courses of soldier Ruslan Bereschenko. Somehow he got to the training center. Arrived at his destination in the evening.
And the very next day, immediately after the medical examination, soldier Bereschenko was sent to his already native unit, in Kotsyubinskoye. Returned as an unfit and expired product.
In the training camp, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko ‘s blood pressure suddenly jumped out of some joy. It jumped so much that the soldier was declared completely unfit for training. And, of course, unteachable.
Returning to his unit, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko began visiting the hospital. And there, according to him, they discovered a tumor (or two tumors) in his head.
It turns out that the lawyer and advocate Bereschenko got this disease during the war and while serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. And this, according to him, is almost equivalent to a combat wound.
If any of the readers think that the tumor in Ruslan Aleksandrovich’s head is nonsense, then they are deeply mistaken. This diagnosis is his indulgence from numerous creditors and people he deceived.
Once, in 2019, I had to talk to a former high-ranking district police officer, whom former Interior Minister Arsen B. Avakov himself publicly called the head of a criminal organization specializing in the theft of luxury cars. This police officer was a deputy chief, and for a short time, even the head of the district department.
And this ex-policeman and car thief, when he did not want to answer truthfully to a question asked of him, answered like this: “I don’t remember. I had a concussion in a traffic accident.” Just like in the famous film: “I remember this, but I don’t remember that.”
Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, during the last period of our communication, very often asked again whether he had told me this or that. If he received the answer that he had not, he would politely apologize and each time blame his forgetfulness on his brain tumor (sometimes two tumors).
For example, a life-saving tumor allows him, under the guise of forgetfulness, not to write clients receipts for the dollars he took “for work”. If the client insists on a receipt, then the lawyer and attorney Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko writes him a paper stating that he is taking his money… for safekeeping!
According to his agent- puffy conviction, clients have no other place to keep their money, only like him. Because only in Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko’s pocket are foreign to him, but in his inflamed head, the client dollars that already belong to him completely will be completely safe!
The professional forgetfulness of the senior soldier-cartographer surprises even his partner in the Uhilyant business, Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera .
The Bereschenko and Tsubera Courts
At the end of April 2025, Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera told the following almost detective story.
In the summer of 2022, a great people’s khural of two ukhilians took place in the Gulliver shopping center in Kyiv, on the one hand, and Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko and Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera , on the other, took place in the Gulliver shopping center in Kiev. The hijackers demanded the return of the money paid to the duo for their failed hijacking.
At the end of the khural, both businessmen wrote corresponding receipts to the four hijackers. In particular, Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera showed me copies of three receipts on his phone in April 2025, for some reason.
These promissory notes were written in the presence of a khural of four people and in each debtor’s own hand. And this is what came out of it.
At the end of July 2023, Igor Vladimirovich Yershik, one of the Kharkiv hijackers, through his lawyer Alexandra Evgenievna Belova, files a lawsuit against Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera in the Podolsk District Court of Kiev. The first of three lawsuits.
Igor Yershik demanded the return of his hard-earned and monetary funds from Igor Tsubera in the amount of 223,929 UAH 35 kopecks. This lawsuit clearly shows the specific circumstance that, it turns out, in addition to the three receipts shown by “Izya” from the phone, some loan agreements are attached to them.

It is on the basis of a certain loan agreement between Igor Yershik and Igor Tsubera that the former demands from the latter the money he borrowed!
It turns out that Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera did not take US dollars from his creditors to save them from serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He, Tsubera , simply borrowed these dollars. Although he had previously claimed the exact opposite .

It was because of this trial and the receipt, as well as the loan agreement that was not presented to the public, that Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera threatened to make his colleague in the Ukhilyan business, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko, an incapacitated “vegetable”, despite his current status as a military man.
And if on the eve of the trial on May 14, 2025, Igor Vasilyevich was nervous and hysterical that he would have to pay off a debt that, it turns out, was taken under a loan agreement, then he took the postponement of the court hearing to September 2025 calmly. “I didn’t know that the hearing was postponed,” he replied.
It seems that the pernicious influence of the hereditary sorcerer Ruslan Bereschenko , who suffers from similar forgetfulness, but due to the presence of a brain tumor (sometimes two tumors), is taking its toll. The senior soldier-cartographer has bewitched his business partner!
But, despite these witchcraft charms from Bereschenko , the court proceedings showed that Igor Vasilievich Tsubera is a real first-grader compared to the agent of “Pukhlyna” who has become seasoned in forging official documents – Ruslan Aleksandrovich. Igor Tsubera was not convinced even by the two powers of attorney that Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko gave him at the door of the military unit in Kotsyubinskoye.
In the first power of attorney in 2022, soldier Bereschenko wrote the details of his passport, which became invalid in 2021. In this regard, Ruslan Aleksandrovich said, given his forgetfulness, first that he lost his passport, then that his passport was stolen. When Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera discovered the fake slipped by his partner, Bereschenko meekly wrote a new power of attorney, with the details of the new passport.
So, simultaneously with the claim against Igor Vasilievich Tsubera, Belova Alexandra Evgenievna files a claim against Ruslan Alexandrovich Bereschenko. In the Kherson court, at the place of registration of the soldier-cartographer, and not at his place of residence in Sofiivska Borshahivka, in the apartment indicated by senior soldier Bereschenko in the declaration for 2024.
Filed on behalf of Zozulya Sergey Aleksandrovich . And also in July 2023.

The claim against Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko is filed on the basis, as in the case of Igor Vasilyevich Tsuber , of a loan agreement. That is, the sorcerer Bereschenko borrowed $6,000 (six thousand US dollars) from Zozulya Sergey Aleksandrovich on May 20, 2022, which, at the time of signing the relevant papers, was equivalent to 207,000.00 UAH.
The transfer of money to Ruslan Bereschenko is recorded by his receipt to Sergei Zozulya dated May 20, 2022, which states that the $6,000 he borrowed must be returned to the owner by November 8, 2022.
On August 27, 2024, the Kherson City Court of the Kherson Region issued a decision in absentia, in which it ordered the borrower Ruslan Oleksandrovych Bereschenko to pay Zozulya Serhiy Oleksandrovych UAH 207,000.00 as the principal amount of the debt, as well as UAH 12,522.81 as inflation costs and UAH 4,496.54 – 3% per annum.
In addition, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko had to pay Sergei Aleksandrovich Zozulya legal costs in the amount of UAH 1,791.43.
Even at that time, the soldier-cartographer Ruslan Bereshchenko did not agree with the decision. Offended by the judge, the agent of “Pukhlyna” called him a “waiter”, who completely ignored the certificate from the military unit and considered, without postponing until the end of the war, the claim on behalf of Sergei Zozulya. As it turned out later, the sorcerer Bereshchenko also called another judge of the Kherson City Court of the Kherson Region a “waiter”, who on October 10, 2024, dismissed the borrower’s and soldier’s application for review of the default judgment.
It seems that the Kherson judges were not “waiters”. They knew the authoritative Kherson lawyer and attorney Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko very well.
Soldier Ruslan Bereschenko, who managed to stop the court proceedings on the claim against him for the return of a debt of $42,000 from Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko, said that the signature on the receipt was completely different from the one he always signs with. That he personally indicated in the receipt an old passport, lost by him (or stolen?). And that, in general, the handwriting on the receipt is not his!

Kulinichenko’s claim, the judges were not “waiters” either in the court of first instance or in the appeal. A certificate from the military unit postponed Ruslan Bereschenko’s payment of the debt to Andrey Nikolaevich until the end of the war. Or until the moment when the senior soldier Bereschenko is dismissed from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, disagreeing with the decisions of the Kherson court on the claim of Serhiy Zozulya, senior soldier Bereshchenko files an appeal. The appeal proceedings were opened on January 6, 2025. On March 10, 2025, hereditary sorcerer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereshchenko petitions the appellate court to stop the proceedings in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 251 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Senior soldier-cartographer Bereschenko, in substantiating his petition, refers to the fact that he is in military service as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and confirms this with two certificates signed by his commander Alexander Vasilyevich: from August 23, 2024 (outgoing No. 2819) and from November 1, 2024 (outgoing No. 3674).
When submitting these certificates, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko reported that he had attached to the petition articles from our publication that he had printed out, which described in detail the participation of Igor and Yulia Tsuber both in the Ukhilian business and, in particular, in the situation with Sergei Aleksandrovich Zozulya. “You won’t object to this reference, will you?” Bereschenko asked.
There was no point in objecting, especially since the agent of “Pukhlyna” had already given the printouts to the addressee. The objection was in something else.
Senior soldier-cartographer Ruslan Bereschenko noted in his appeal that he wishes to personally participate in the consideration of the case in court. That he wishes to provide relevant and correct evidence (attention!) of the groundlessness of the claims filed on behalf of Sergei Zozulya.
While present at the future trial, Ruslan Aleksandrovich threatened in advance to request the appointment of a handwriting expert examination of the receipt provided by the plaintiff.
That is, the receipt to Sergei Aleksandrovich Zozulya in the presence of another hijacker, as well as Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera, was not written by the sorcerer Bereschenko Ruslan Aleksandrovich himself, and it is a fake. And the money received by him on May 20, 2022 on his personal card in the amount of 207,000.00 Bereschenko did not receive.
Igor Tsuber about this latest trick by document forgery specialist Ruslan Bereschenko, he, for some reason, was very surprised.
And the appellate court stopped the proceedings in case No. 766/2330/23 until the suspension of Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko’s stay in the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a military unit transferred to martial law.
These judges were not “waiters”.
