Finally, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , now a military cartographer, bought himself a conductor’s license in early 2025. Before buying this license, Ruslan Bereschenko sold so-called “white tickets” to draft dodgers by contraband, that is, he cheated.

The license to trade “white tickets” was issued to senior soldier Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko by an investigator (possibly a senior investigator and, what is even more likely, the oldest among senior investigators) of the SBU organization located near Askold’s grave in Kiev, named Alexey.

Bereschenko into the field of view and then into his office . This certain citizen, mysterious to the general public, exposed Ruslan Bereschenko as having forged documents for draft dodgers.

However, for the senior soldier of the cartographic military unit Bereschenko, this applicant is no longer incognito: on the last Monday of April 2025, SBU investigator Alexey showed Ruslan Aleksandrovich the original application. The condition for such a revelation from the SBU investigator was a request not to take revenge on the applicant.

Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko swore that he would not take revenge on the applicant. “But someone else could take revenge on him for me,” the senior soldier-cartographer philosophically suggested.

The price for the license was set by SBU investigator Alexey, based on the incredible income of the smuggler Ruslan Bereschenko , quite acceptable. The SBU investigator requested the equivalent of $10,000 in crypto and full details of old and new acquaintances of Ruslan Aleksandrovich, who can be brought under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition, SBU investigator Alexey assured the senior soldier-cartographer that the entire valiant SBU organization from Askoldov Lane would protect Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko not only as an informant-secret agent, but also as a goose that lays golden eggs in the investigator’s pocket . This last assurance pleased Ruslan Bereschenko the most .

Ruslan Aleksandrovich transferred the crypto to the account specified by the SBU investigator Alexey. He completely “drained” some acquaintances, who, according to the senior soldier-cartographer, now live abroad.

Bereschenko noted after the documentary registration of all the above agreements , SBU investigator Alexey was pleased with both the crypto he received and the list of “unreliable”, but unaware of their unreliability, old acquaintances of senior soldier Bereschenko .

The already licensed conductor Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko was also pleased. From now on, all his declared enemies had to shudder at the mere mention of the name of the senior soldier-cartographer.

SBU investigator Alexey and his comrades Ruslan Bereschenko began to call “my guys”. “His guys”, in turn, assigned the senior soldier-cartographer, who also doubled as their informant, the combat nickname ” Pukhlyna ” (“Tumor”).

Why ” Pukhlyna “? The fact is that the last year the soldier, and then the senior soldier-cartographer Bereschenko , when his creditors raise the issue of debt repayment, refers to forgetfulness caused by a certain tumor that doctors discovered in Ruslan Aleksandrovich’s head. Probably, it is this forgetfulness that provokes the senior soldier-cartographer to verbosity in situations when he claims that he has not one, but already two tumors.

So, exactly at 22:28 on April 29, 2025, senior soldier-cartographer Ruslan Bereschenko shouted into the phone, turned on speakerphone, in the presence of Igor Vasilyevich Tsubera , that “his boys” would destroy Andrei Nikolaevich Kulinichenko and his friend Oleg.

Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko was a favorite business partner of lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko for quite a long time . This happened when Ruslan was the managing partner of the AMAT law firm.

The creative collaboration of the two titans of law was as follows. Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko selected rich clients as a lawyer- fixer . Andrei Nikolaevich Kulinichenko played the role of a judge’s assistant, who, according to the assurances of the current senior soldier-cartographer, would prepare and sign the decision needed by the client with his immediate superior.

As a tutorial for beginning swindlers, let’s consider a situation where two accomplices “cheated” one of the leaders of the Chechen diaspora in Ukraine, Anvar. The victim himself told the author of these lines about the “cheat”.

Anvar needed to resolve a certain issue in court. Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko announced the then current judicial price list: $50,000 (fifty thousand US dollars). The customer agreed with the price list.

Together with lawyer Ruslan Bereschenko, Anvar drove up to the court building. Ruslan Aleksandrovich called the “judge’s assistant” Andrey. After some time, a young man came out to the petitioners, whom the lawyer introduced to the client. And Anvar handed over to Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko the $50,000 he was asking for.

Having received his fee, the swindler Kulinichenko entered the court building. The swindler Bereschenko , fearing that Anvar would inadvertently realize the deception, escorted the client away from his partner.

After some time, the business swindlers met at a pre-arranged place and, as Ruslan Bereschenko later recounted , they ” honestly ” divided the proceeds from the scam. But Andrei Nikolaevich Kulinichenko , to his chagrin, completely underestimated the professional Ruslan Aleksandrovich.

Literally a few days later, Andrei Kulinichenko not only gave the lawyer Bereschenko his share of the money he had swindled from Anvar under a plausible pretext for a “promising case,” but also borrowed a little from his friends at interest.

The total amount that Andrey Nikolaevich transferred to Ruslan Bereschenko for 5 days for a very profitable legal event was $42,000 (forty-two thousand US dollars). The lawyer and future senior soldier-cartographer took the money on September 30, 2020 and promised to return it on October 5 of the same year.

This “favor” was preceded by one resonant event that stirred up the police community of the Pechersky district. Here’s what happened.

On September 10, 2020 , Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko was beaten in the center of Kiev . This unfortunate event occurred exactly at 15:00 in the area of the Friendship of Nations Arch.

Bereschenko , called the police . The beaten Ruslan Aleksandrovich told the police officers who arrived a story he had made up in advance.

He said that he went to the office of his firm (the one where he was not only the manager, but also a partner) and took $350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand US dollars) from his fellow lawyer. He was supposed to give this pocket money for Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko to a certain acquaintance. Naturally, a mysterious acquaintance.

So, having grabbed a little more than a third of a million US dollars, lawyer Bereschenko got into a taxi and went to work as a ” transferor “, that is, to transfer money. But on the way, for some reason, he wanted to meet with a certain, also mysterious, client, with whom he had arranged a meeting right near the Arch.

Taking the briefcase with money (for some reason, Ruslan Bereschenko didn’t like the taxi driver’s face right away), he hung around with it under the Arch. And then the client called Ruslan Aleksandrovich and for some reason cancelled the meeting.

But instead of an unnecessary client, two strangers ran up to the lawyer.

These two were, naturally, in sportswear. And they first beat the unsportsmanlike Ruslan Bereschenko in a sporty manner .

Despite the beatings, the lawyer did not part with his briefcase filled with dollars. Apparently, these were not professional athletes.

Then one of these amateur sportsmen professionally waved a knife in front of Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko’s face . This was already too frightening. And the future senior soldier-cartographer submitted to the force.

He meekly handed over the treasured briefcase to the attackers. Naturally, he gave it along with the money.

The police opened a criminal case on the same day under Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They also checked surveillance cameras and worked on versions of possible persons involved in the attack. And they worked on them.

The next day, this criminal case was closed and a new one was opened against Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko . He withdrew the statement about the attack on himself. As he later told the author of these lines, he managed to close this case for money.

After this significant event not only for himself, but for all of Kiev and, I admit, for the entire country, lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko went on the run. He had $350,000 in his possession, taken from the office for transfer, $42,000 borrowed from Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko for 5 days, and his well-deserved share from the “scam” of the Chechen Anvar. If anyone still doubted, then he rushed not towards Europe, but to occupied Crimea.

On the eve of his escape, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , in order to lull his creditors, asked his godfather Anatoly on October 1, 2020 for the following:

In Crimea, the swindler thought to sit it out in the house of his godfather, the former head of the SBU in the Autonomous Republic, already a pensioner, who remained there after the occupation. Carrying out a plan developed by someone in advance, Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko bought a ticket to a Crimean sanatorium: supposedly, he was going there for treatment.

That is, he financed the Russian invader a little.

He was far from alone in this funding. As Ruslan Bereschenko told about his Crimean adventures, a Russian border guard, having studied his documents, noted that “somehow the Ukrainians are coming here en masse for treatment.”

The experienced Chekist godfather, instructing Ruslan Aleksandrovich, gave him a valuable instruction. He named a kiosk near the Simferopol railway station where one could buy a Russian SIM card without a Russian passport.

The instructed lawyer Bereschenko did just that. He bought a SIM card and called his godfather. Soon the Crimean ex- SBU officer arrived at the station by car. And brought the fugitive to his private home.

Ruslan Aleksandrovich settled on the second floor. And even fell fast asleep. But the first extramarital night in the occupied territory did not go as he had dreamed.

In the middle of the night, a large group of FSB officers burst into the house. The owner called his godson, who was scared and hiding upstairs, down. The fugitive Bereschenko obeyed the call.

Ruslan Aleksandrovich modestly keeps silent about the content of the negotiations with the FSB officers. Unfortunately, their result turned out to be tragic for Kiev and its suburb called Kotsiubynske .

But more on that later. In the meantime, Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko , who lost $42,000, and with it the debtor in the person of lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko , contacted our publication with a request to conduct a journalistic investigation.

After several days of searching, we managed to get to the Chechen Anvar himself. We met him and his support group based on nationality in the area of the bus station in Kyiv.

And then it became clear how and when Ruslan Bereschenko and Andrey Kulinichenko “cheated” Anvar for $50,000. And it turned out that Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko owed Anvar not only these paltry fifty thousand. It turned out that he “cheated” the Chechens for almost one million US dollars! “This is not like stealing small change from pockets!”

And therefore, Anvar declared that since they, having spent a significant amount of money, found and brought Ruslan Bereschenko from Crimea, he would first pay them off, and then all the other creditors whom he had “cheated.”

“Especially since Andrey and Ruslan ‘ditched’ me,” Anvar justified his statement.

But, as a result of the negotiations, we agreed that Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko would pay off the debts to both the Chechens and Andrey Kulinichenko simultaneously and proportionally. Having already calmed down, Anvar asked if he could bring Ruslan here.

Having received consent, one of the Chechens brought the Crimean fugitive. Ruslan Bereschenko was wearing a mask (supposedly due to Covid) and immediately tried to tell what a scoundrel and criminal Andrey Kulinichenko was and that he would hand him over to the police. Anvar calmed the enraged dollar millionaire debtor with one threatening word.

Then lawyer Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko promised weekly and repeatedly to pay off the debt to Andrey Nikolaevich Kulinichenko , but he deceived each time. For example, offering to work off part of Kulinichenko’s debt , he told the author of these lines that he had acquaintances who robbed the houses of rich Ukrainians.

Ruslan Aleksandrovich Bereschenko said that in a group of athlete-robbers, wrestlers who neutralize physical security go in front, and behind them are specialists in breaking down doors of houses and safes. In this “earning”, the lawyer Bereschenko was assigned the role of a spotter for robbery targets.

If any of the victims of robbers and bandits read these lines, please contact senior soldier-cartographer Bereschenko directly for detailed information , who is currently serving in the difficult rear service in Kotsyubinskoye.

a description of how lawyer Bereschenko ended up in the rear at the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in the next article. But for now, we will tell you about one coincidence.

Of course, this coincidence was completely accidental. Especially since the FSB officers peacefully released and let out of the occupied Crimean territory the lawyer Bereschenko .

One summer night, during an aggressive missile attack on Kiev, one of the missiles accidentally hit the military unit where soldier Bereschenko serves . That night he was at home in Kiev.

The missile hit the ground literally 10-15 meters from the checkpoint. The destruction in the unit was relatively minor. Nearby houses were damaged. His wife Elena’s apartment, located near the epicenter of the missile explosion, was not damaged.

Bereschenko recounted , the sappers who arrived did not risk pulling the unexploded part of the rocket out of the ground, and they covered it with earth. Probably as a warning to future descendants.

The senior soldier-cartographer does not comment on the fate of that ill-fated Russian SIM card bought by Ruslan Aleksandrovich in occupied Simferopol. And who, except him, knows how many of those SIM cards he brought or received from Crimea. Moreover, while on duty, Ruslan Bereschenko traveled to Kherson several times for some reason.

Who let him go there? Probably the unit commander.

Who did he meet there? Perhaps with the owners of the SIM cards.

There could be many versions. The version about drunk and stupid FSB officers does not work.

As Ruslan Bereschenko told me many times , his total debt at the beginning of the war was almost one and a half million US dollars. He complained that he had been set up by a certain general, whom he was very afraid of.

But with whom he dreams very much of settling accounts sometime in the future. Naturally, settling accounts not with money, but with the cruel revenge suffered by the lawyer.

Moreover, according to him, the Chechens led by Anvar did not take him from Crimea to Kyiv, and he himself returned after these Chechens began to threaten both of his wives.

Bereschenko noted .

But his godfather from Crimea died suddenly exactly two weeks after his godson’s departure.

And he wasn’t sick with anything!
