“Bedbugs” and philosophers

Further development events in counterintelligence case #8715 “Bedbugs” are unknown to the public. “Bedbug” ” Johnny ” – in the worldly life A.S. Sytnik – moved to the deputy head of the NABU A.F. Novikov, to the organization that Alexander Fedorovich called a “corruption generator” in a conversation with the relevant parliamentary committee (the transcript of the conversation is available both in the editorial office and in the Verkhovna Rada). G.T. Uglava , “bug” “Bonnie”, remained to “stink” in NABU.

The SBU officers failed to pin treason on the “bedbugs”. Or the higher-up American employers of both the “bedbugs” and the Ukrainian secret police did not allow it.

Interrogation of the “Bedbug” “Bonnie”

Around the end of 2022 – beginning of 2023, Kyrylo Vladlenovich Tymoshenko, who headed the coordinating council for the implementation of the presidential program “ Great Construction ” since June 2020, and who was responsible for the irresponsible restoration of housing and infrastructure facilities since February 2022, called G. T. Uglava . And asked for a meeting.

The meeting between “Bonnie” and K.V. Timoshenko took place in the office of the first deputy director of NABU and lasted 10-15 minutes. According to G.T. Uglava , the reason for the meeting was information in the media that the coordinator and person responsible for irresponsibility, Kirill Vladlenovich Timoshenko, was driving around the streets of Kiev in a Porsche worth $100 thousand.

G.T. Uglava did not mention that after these journalistic publications the “corruption generator” NAPC began an investigation into Kyrylo Tymoshenko. Nor did he tell whether he recruited the curator of ” Velikiy Budivnytstvo ” as an agent of foreign special services, like the recruited “bug” ” Johnny “?

On February 6, 2025, Volodymyr Boyko published the interrogation protocol of the first deputy director of NABU, Uglava G.T., as a witness. According to the author of this publication, the “leak” of this protocol cost several NABU detectives their jobs.

The interrogation took place on June 28, 2024, from 10:05 to 14:15 local time , with a short break. The prosecutor of the group of prosecutors in this criminal case, Batig R.V., and lawyer Prosyanyuk O.V. were present at the interrogation. The interrogation was headed by the senior detective of the National Bureau of the Internal Investigations Department of the Internal Control Department, Dzis Yevgeny Viktorovich.

Dzis E.V. warned Ugla G.T. that there is a report from the Internal Control Department dated June 13, 2024, No. 13/15598-01-DSK.

The Director of NABU reviewed this note and, having reviewed it, provided access to classified information and material carriers of this information, which could be obtained by E. Dzis during the interrogation of the “bug” “Bonnie”. Therefore, Senior Detective Dzis asked G. T. Uglava whether he would report information containing a state secret in order to continue the interrogation in “the conditions of a categorical (protected) room”?

“Bonnie” answered the senior detective with dignity that at the moment he was not ready to disclose information that was a state secret and could harm the interests of the service. Uglava G.T. informed Dzis E.V. that which was not a state secret.

He confirmed that he has been working at NABU since April 24, 2015, and has held the same position all this time. He confirmed the visit of Kyrylo Vladlenovich Tymoshenko to his office and noted that “during this meeting, Tymoshenko K.V. said that if there are any questions for him, he is ready to provide assistance to the investigation.”

Literally in the previous sentence of the interrogation protocol, Uglava G. T. states that Kyrylo Tymoshenko “directly initiated a meeting with me by phone regarding the presence of questions from NABU to him.” That is, both “Bonnie” and K. Tymoshenko know that “there are questions.” And “the case of having questions” has already taken place. And both discuss this current situation “for 10-15 minutes.” They agree.

But after that they don’t meet, don’t communicate, and don’t maintain relationships.

As it turned out during interrogation, G. T. Uglava is not acquainted with Yuri Yuryevich Golik. But he is acquainted with Georgy Avtandilovich Birkadze .

Someone introduced “Bedbug” “Bonnie” Georgiy Birkadze “5 or 6 years ago as a person who could be useful for achieving the goals of the National Bureau.” That is, the entire NABU team cannot achieve the goals set before it without the help of G.A. Birkadze, who is useful to it in some way ?

“The result of cooperation with the said person was productive, but I cannot disclose the details in the interests of the service,” said the “bug” to “Bonnie.” So yes, there were many goals to achieve, but only one result, and that one is top secret and in the interests of an unclear service: Ukrainian, secret, or the one from which the “bug” receives $50,000 monthly?

Uglava G. T. drew the attention of Dzis E. V. to the fact that he does not have and never had personal or friendly relations with the “indicated person” G. A. Birkadze , he is not acquainted with his family, they did not vacation together… They met only a few times, and completely by chance.

The “bug” “Bonnie” communicated with Birkadze G.A. rarely and exclusively for official purposes via the “Signal” messenger and purely in Georgian. But the employees of the “D-2” unit, Indichenko B.V. and Polyuga V.D., set tasks for Georgy Avtandilovich to effectively complete.

Valeriy Polyuga , recorded in the phone of the “specified person” as “Valera Yaponets”. “Yaponets” is what they call workers from NABU in Ukraine. And, mentioning employees of the “D-2” unit, the phrase of the “bug” “Bonnie” is entered into the protocol “as far as I know”.

He must know this for sure, because “D-2” is a division of NABU that reports directly and personally to the First Deputy Director, that is, Uglava G.T.

Senior detective Dzis E.V. persistently claimed, and “bug” “Bonnie” denied the fact that he and Birkadze traveled together or traveled in the same transport. Yes, recalls Uglava G.T., there was once a chance meeting with Georgy Avtandilovich in the lounge area of the Boryspil airport.

“Bedbug” “Bonnie” flew somewhere abroad, possibly together with other NABU employees. He greeted G. Birkadze , but did not communicate and does not know whether Georgiy was “on the same plane with me.” Or – he with him.

The meetings of the “bug” “Bonnie” with Georgy Birkadze were not documented, but, according to the first deputy director of NABU, “communication with Birkadze G.A. was conducted within the framework of current legislation. I cannot provide more details, taking into account the interests of the service.”

Again, without specifying whose service exactly the “bug” “Bonnie” takes into account during his interrogation.

Laundered dollars

The synchronous activation of the “visor” of Alexander “Buratino” Dubinsky and the often-mentioned organization, first led by agents ” Johnny ” and “Bonnie”, and now by the desperate and uncompromising fighter against corruption in Ukraine Semyon Yuryevich Krivonos, is understandable and will be examined later, because, synchronizing, the network posted the following information message:

Volodymyr Boyko even made the following announcement on this matter:

ANNOUNCEMENT.

I will buy criminal investigation materials, according to which in 2009 there was a rise in scandals, claims and judgments, a huge activist of the “Party of Regions” (report No. 2466) Semyon Krivonos, who does not cover the imprisonment of the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

It is also understandable that, simultaneously with the activation, an important representative of some high and respected persons addressed the author of these lines with a tempting, in his and their opinion, offer.

So, an important representative of the “specified persons” offered me to provide information support for their joint attack on the powerful specific ten plunderers of capitalist property of Ukraine for an appropriate reward. The willingness to reward me (and, in case of my refusal, someone else) was exactly $300 thousand net, that is, with taxes paid.

An important representative of the synchronous coalition, as it turned out later, did not know that I had known one of the ten embezzlers he mentioned for a long time – about twenty years: Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin. As well as his sister Alyona. And I had heard many good things about their parents.

The important representative immediately turned sour after this information was voiced to him and suggested “all the more so, to think about” his proposal. Especially since we had not communicated with Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin, as well as with Alyona, for about twenty years.

And two decades ago we had very frequent and fruitful for Andrey Anatolyevich, but unprofitable for me communication. At that time, the senior lieutenant (or lieutenant) of the police Gmyrin worked as an operative in the Svyatoshinsky district administration.

After our journalistic investigation was published in 2005, the article “Kiev Parking” was given the attention of the Kiev police. Policeman Andrey Gmyrin was assigned to show this attention and sort out the details of the journalists’ investigation.

The “envoy” came to our editorial office and asked for documentary confirmation of the facts stated in the journalistic article. Having received several weighty volumes with copies and originals of documents, Andrei Anatolyevich gratefully and safely disappeared with them into the back streets of the Svyatoshinsky District Police Department.

Since then and to this day, the volumes of the journalistic investigation have been gathering dust in the police archives, and policeman Andrei Gmyrin has been successfully promoted. Our chance acquaintance with him grew into joint entrepreneurial activity, as a result of which Andrei Anatolyevich owes the author of these lines $5 thousand.

Daewoo sedan on the Ukrainian highways . $5,000 was not just a lot of money for him, but a huge amount of money. And Andrey Anatolyevich, about twenty years ago, swore an oath to me to repay the debt as soon as he got rich.

“Money isn’t the most important thing,” he tried to convince me. “We’ll earn more together, and I’ll pay you back…”

As it turned out recently, he grew rich for a very, very long time. Especially since after that unfortunate incident our paths diverged. And each lived his own life.

One day I saw Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin behind the wheel of a black “cube”. The car was parked right on the lawn, near the playground: Andrey Anatolyevich was waiting for someone.

Since Andrey Gmyrin was no longer driving a Daewoo , but a Mercedes, it was clear that he had not yet become rich and was not ready to repay me. Moreover, upon seeing me, Andrey Anatolyevich picked up the passenger and tore off in the cube straight ahead, across several sidewalks and curbs. This significant meeting took place in Kiev, on Academician Williams Street, 15.

Once again, Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin and I crossed paths in a famous building in Kyiv, at number 15 Vladimirskaya Street. The investigator who was handling my client’s case met me at the pass office. We were walking down the corridor, talking, and a man came out from behind the door to meet us.

The investigator instantly transformed and froze in place, letting the citizen confidently walking in the opposite direction pass.

“It was General Krikun,” he explained to me already outside the door.

At that time I didn’t yet know that I had passed by the same Screamer who held Gongadze’s body by the legs while Pukach was cutting off the murdered man’s head with an axe.

By a strange coincidence, this investigator’s office was next to the office of his colleague, who was handling the criminal case against Gundyaev’s evangelist Olga Aleksandrovna Yatsenko . And the doors of both offices were wide open.

This fatal circumstance – the open doors of the offices – led to Andrei Anatolyevich Gmyrin, who was passing along the corridor, seeing me. And I saw him.

Andrey Anatolyevich came into the office, shook my hand and said that he was very glad to see me. And he invited me, if necessary, to simply drop by his office.

During this brief speech by Andrei Anatolyevich, the investigator’s face repeated the practiced expression I had noticed when I met Krikun. I immediately learned that Andrei Gmyrin was the deputy chief in their joint and heroic fight against economic crimes.

But the main thing I understood was that Andrei Anatolyevich had not become rich enough by this meeting to pay me back. That’s why I didn’t just walk into his office.

And so, at the end of 2024, after the well-known tempting offer, I informed Andrei Anatolyevich about this offer through his relatives. And immediately his lawyer, Evgeniy Nikolaevich Pelikhos, PhD in law, showed up.

After several of our meetings, which took place after Evgeny Nikolaevich’s workday, I realized that if anyone would ruin Andrei Anatolyevich and, sadly, his large family, it would be his lawyer. Out of our five meetings, in two, Evgeny Pelikhos, a PhD in law , complained that instead of spending evenings with his family, he was forced to communicate with me.

Since I didn’t push myself to these meetings, and Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin sent him to me, I had to inquire under what conditions he works for free? Evgeny Nikolaevich frankly said that he is paid, but at the agreed rate. Apparently, the rate was insufficient for the additional workload in the form of evening meetings with me.

Then he invited me to a conversation with another lawyer, Denis Olegovich Zotov, known online as Perry. Mason. If Evgeny Nikolaevich was extremely interested in the situation with Andrey Anatolyevich’s debt to me during our first meetings, then during their conversation with Denis Olegovich they came up with a completely brilliant idea.

An idea that could only come from a lawyer’s head, burdened with the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Law. A duo of lawyers suggested that I agree to cooperate with the enemies of a famous ten of their clients in order not only to obtain the necessary documents, but, having obtained them, to pass on the obtained papers and other information to them.

“I will defeat any accusation of treason in court,” Zotov boasted.

I didn’t want to argue with him. If only because, having studied the documented actions of Andrey Anatolyevich’s lawyers in numerous courts, it seemed to me subjectively that even the rate paid to him, the doctor of philosophy in the field of law, Evgeny Nikolaevich Pelikhos, does not work off properly. As well as the second luminary in the field of law, attracted by Andrey Anatolyevich as his lawyer and defender, Gotin Alexander Nikolaevich.

I will present my subjective opinion on this issue in the next article. But for now I will note that Andrey Anatolyevich Gmyrin has finally become so rich that he was able to repay me a debt of $5 thousand. Almost twenty years later!

The money was personally given to me by the doctor of philosophy in the field of law Evgeny Pelikhos . Since I had long ago put a fat cross on this debt, I, without counting or looking over the bills, gave them to a good cause to one non-governmental organization.

Exactly two days later, a friend who had received $5,000 called me and said that these dollars were not accepted in any exchange office because they were old, moldy and washed many times. That is, washed. And stored God knows where.

Well, just like in the case with Judge Lvov!

with the doctor of philosophy in law Evgeny Pelikhos again , and I did not make any claims to him regarding the dollars dug up from the cache. Moreover, Evgeny Nikolaevich stopped answering my calls.

Remembering that he was paid only a fixed rate, I understood his ignoring my phone calls. And I always asked him for only one thing: let Andrey Anatolyevich dial my phone number to clarify some questions.

Evgeny Pelikhos promised to pass on my request every time and probably did.
