Blood. From Vienna

At the end of 1912, Vladimir Lenin moved from Paris to the Galician town of Poronin, on the territory of Austria-Hungary, where he stayed safely and decently until the outbreak of the First World War.

In connection with this grandiose event, the Austrian gendarmerie searched him, a political émigré and a citizen of the Russian Empire. In the course of the search, Lenin was found to be in possession of papers in which calls were made to fight the Austro-Hungarian and other capitalists, as well as weapons.

The experienced political refugee immediately, on August 7, 2014, sends a telegram to the director of the Krakow police:

“The local police suspect me of espionage. I lived for two years in Kraków, in Zwierzyniec and 51 Lubomirski Street. I personally gave information to the police commissioner in Zwierzyniec. I’m an emigrant, a Social Democrat. Please telegraph to Poronin and the headman of Novy Targ to avoid misunderstandings.

Ulyanov.”

Nevertheless, Vladimir Ilyich was arrested.

The specific emigrant papers and weapons found by the Vakhmistrov, who led the search, were reported to his superiors on July 26 (August 8), 2014. But eleven days later, Vladimir Ilyich was unexpectedly released, despite the harsh wartime laws. Released on the basis of a telegram from the Austrian military prosecutor, which was sent from Vienna to Novy Targ on August 6 (19) at 9:50 a.m. The contents of this document were as follows: “Ulyanov Vladimir is subject to immediate release.”

No one risked objecting to the military prosecutor, and the case against Lenin was terminated “for lack of grounds for initiating a judicial investigation”. Vladimir Ilyich was released from prison and returned to his wife and mother-in-law in Poronin. On the same day, August 7 (20), 2014, Nadezhda Krupskaya writes a letter of thanks to the Socialist deputy of the Austrian Parliament W. Adler and G. Diamand for their help in releasing Lenin from prison. Vladimir Ilyich attaches his gratitude in the postscript to this letter.

And soon Ilyich received in Nowy Targ an official permission to travel from Poronin through Krakow to Vienna together with his wife and mother-in-law. In Krakow, the political émigré receives another permit: this time to leave Austria for neutral Switzerland.

Leaving Krakow in full, the Ulyanov-Krupsky family for some reason for a whole day is delayed in Vienna. This stop still does not give rest to researchers of Lenin’s life and work. But already on September 5, 2014, Lenin wrote to W. Adler:

“Dear comrade! I arrived safely with my family in Zurich. Legitimationen were required only in Innsbruck and Feldkirch: Your help was thus very useful for me. Passports are required to enter Switzerland, but I was let in without a passport when I called Greilich. Best greetings and best thanks.

With party greetings.

Lenin (V. Ulyanov).”

Herman Greilich, whose name Lenin and his family used when crossing the Austro-Swiss border without passports, Vladimir Ilyich would later call “social-chauvinist” and “an agent of the Swiss bourgeois government”.

One hundred years later…

Exactly one hundred years later, the greatest politicians of the Ukrainian modern era – Vitaliy Klitschko, Vitaliy Kovalchuk, Petro Poroshenko and Sergey Lyovochkin – were carried by the political wind to the very Austrian capital Vienna. Unlike Vladimir Lenin, the public and researchers knew whom they were visiting.

And they were visiting Dmytro Firtash, an emigrant from Ukraine. The meetings were strictly confidential. The first secret meeting took place in February 2014, when Maidan-2 was raging and Petro Alekseevich had just got off the bulldozer on Bankova.

The initiator of the alliance of “sword and sword”, i.e. Poroshenko and Klitschko, was the so-called “gray cardinal” of UDAR, Kovalchuk, who explained the necessity of the alliance by “the dynamics of ratings and insufficient funding”. That is, as the famous movie character Popandopulo said: “Pan ataman has no gold reserves”.

The next fateful meeting for Ukraine between Poroshenko, Klitschko and Firtash took place in the same Vienna at the end of March 2014. This is how the Vienna newspaper Österreich described this secret meeting:

“Presidential candidate Petro Poroshenko and Vitali Klitschko met with Dmitry Firtash in Austria in an extremely secret and practically unnoticed manner… Last Wednesday, Firtash declared his support for chocolate baron Poroshenko as a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine.”

At the secret meetings, they did not forget about Arseniy Petrovich Yatsenyuk: it was agreed by the high negotiating parties that Senya would remain under Poroshenko as Prime Minister of Ukraine. Arseniy Petrovich himself was not at all delighted with such a tempting offer, because in the event of Poroshenko’s victory, Vitaliy Kovalchuk was guaranteed the position of First Deputy Prime Minister, essentially the ever-watchful Firtashev-Poroshenko eye on Krolik’s actions.

In light of the current difficult political situation, it should be noted that the curator of Petro Oleksiyovych Poroshenko’s presidential campaign in Sumy Oblast was Andriy Leonidovych Derkach:

“We have worked with Petro Poroshenko for several decades, we have many common social, cultural, and charitable projects that are working successfully,” Andriy Derkach called on his voters to support the “chocolate baron.”

And somehow, completely by chance, it happened that after this Vienna meeting, the war of Russia against Ukraine began. And the “pan ataman” got a “gold reserve”. And the first great bloodshed in the 21st century was shed in our country.

Five years later…

Time on our planet has sped up so much that the previous (2014) meeting in Vienna was separated from the next one by only five years.

Alexander Dubinsky (“Buratino”), who was arrested and is currently in the Lukyanovsky pretrial detention center, posted the interrogation protocol of Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich online.

On September 15, 2024, a certain mysterious lawyer, after receiving responses to his inquiries from August 5, 2024 and August 8, 2024, with the voluntary consent of Sivkovich, conducted a survey of the consenting party via videoconference. From this protocol it became clear that Vladimir Leonidovych was born on September 17, 1960, that he is a citizen of Ukraine, that he has no criminal record and has a higher education. And, further, in essence.

It turned out that since 2017, Vladimir Leonidovych Sivkovich, together with US citizens Michael Gordon and Marcus Cohen, had been working to document materials regarding corruption crimes of persons who were in power in Ukraine at that time. That is, the future Vienna conspirators led by Petro Oleksiyovych Poroshenko.

In order to initiate criminal cases with the US Department of Justice, Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich met in Europe many times – there is no end to them! – with representatives and lawyers working in the interests of this structure. Vladimir Sivkovich modestly keeps silent about what kind of representatives these were.

Some of the materials handed over to representatives of the US Department of Justice and testifying to the corrupt actions of Petro Poroshenko’s team were subsequently used in the process that was called the election campaign in Ukraine. As Vladimir Leonidovych modestly asserts, he used these materials for a noble purpose: to stop the plundering of the country, which was carried out under democratic slogans, and also “for the sake of freedoms” for which the Maidan fought.

At the end of January 2019, Michael Gordon expressed a wish to the headquarters of Volodymyr Zelensky regarding assistance in conducting the election campaign against the main competitor – Petro Poroshenko. Michael also expressed his readiness to organize an information campaign in the West in the interests of Zelensky. In return, Michael Gordon asked the future president to create certain conditions for the return of Volodymyr Sivkovich to Ukraine and permission for Leonidovych to participate in the political life of the country. And it was for these mutually beneficial purposes that the so-called “political office” was created.

So, on February 15, 2019, that is, exactly 5 years after the historic Vienna meeting of Poroshenko, Klitschko, Kovalchuk, Levochkin and Firtash, another fateful meeting for Ukraine took place in the same Austrian Vienna.

The meeting was called a conference.

The meeting was attended by the chief of staff and chairman of the Servant of the People party Ivan Gennadyevich Bakanov, Oleg Vladimirovich Belyaev, Oleg Nikolaevich Kulinich, Michael Gordon. Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich was on the phone with those gathered (just as Naryshkin and Turchynov were on the phone in March 2014).

This highest meeting was supposed to organize a protest movement against Petro Poroshenko and organize assistance to the election headquarters of Volodymyr Zelensky in the person of the chief of staff Bakanov, who was present at the event.

The action plan was approved and confirmed. From that day on, that is, from February 15, 2019, Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich coordinated and organized the financing of a number of political technology, information, organizational projects that were aimed at lowering the ratings of Zelensky’s competitors, creating the image of his team in the United States, and ensuring the security of Zelensky and his headquarters.

At the same time, as the coordinator and financier of the above-mentioned “presentations” Sivkovich claims, he was engaged in building relationships with the leadership of the Russian Federation, creating conditions for establishing peace, releasing detained sailors and something else. Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich personally consulted Ivan Bakanov and the mysterious “others” on the implementation of the tasks facing them. For example, he consulted on how Bakanov and his subordinates should fight smuggling and corruption.

It should be noted that Vladimir Sivkovich succeeded in his consultations. His talented students, Bakanov, Naumov and others, quickly put Leonidovich’s theory into practice. But Vladimir Leonidovich also taught them methods of building a system of state administration!

Why did he do this? In addition to the fact that Sivkovich was promised an unhindered return to Ukraine with his subsequent active participation in the political life of the country, he sincerely believed. He believed that Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky, having become president, together with his team, would turn the country around. Turn it back to the legal channel, stop the war and establish peace.

Vladimir Sivkovich claims in his testimony to the mysterious lawyer that he did not take a single bribe or a single hryvnia from the state budget and, therefore, on this basis he cherished the hope that he would be able to work with the young team as a political aksakal. Here Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich reminded me of another political bigwig who wanted to work under exactly the same conditions with that same young team trained by Sivkovich. We are talking about Rzhavsky Alexander Nikolaevich, now deceased.

In the summer of 2019, right after the elected president Zelensky formed the cabinet of ministers, and Volodymyr Leonidovych Sivkovich’s illusions were still lingering (and they were dispelled in less than a year; unfortunately, Sivkovich does not name the exact date), Oleksandr Nikolayevich Rzhavsky, who at that time owed me $50 000, came and said that he could not yet repay the debt due to the fact that he had lost as much as $500 000 in the presidential (2019) elections. This is how it happened. It turns out that before the elections, Rzhavsky, as the leader of the party, had posted his observers at the polling stations. These observers somehow interfered with the headquarters headed by Ivan Bakanov and led by Volodymyr Sivkovich.

Rzhavsky was offered to give up his observation posts for a certain amount. Aleksandr Nikolaevich named a sum of half a million US dollars as compensation, or, as an alternative, a ministerial position in the future cabinet. Rzhavsky did not receive the money, because they agreed on an alternative option. But, after the elections, Bakanov’s headquarters simply forgot about Rzhavsky. As a result, Aleksandr Nikolaevich received neither the money nor the ministerial position.

But let’s return to Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich.

The mysterious lawyer asks him whether he financed the contract of 03.04.2019, signed between the candidate for the presidency of Ukraine Volodymyr Oleksandrovich Zelensky, represented by the authorized representative of the candidate, US citizen Marcus Cohen, and the US resident company Signal Group Consulting LLC to promote the interests of V.A. Zelensky and the Servant of the People party in the US?

That is, on the territory of the United States of America, Marcus Cohen was supposed to promote the interests of Vladimir Aleksandrovich and the Servant of the People party headed by Ivan Bakanov?! Vladimir Sivkovich, calling the contract an agreement with the same date, 03.04.2019, at the same time specifies that the agreement was with Marcus Cohen separately for legal and consulting services. Marcus Cohen personally signed the agreement with Signal Group Consulting LLC.

All expenses for organizing work with these territorial advances in the USA, including payment for the hard work of Signal Group Consulting LLC, were personally carried out by Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich. He specified that not a single payment was made from the accounts of Ukrainian residents, and he paid either from his personal accounts or by mutual offsets, when Sivkovich paid certain consumers.

These certain consumers of something from Sivkovich, having received something from him for consumption, immediately paid money to the accounts of Marcus Cohen. They transferred both without any basis, on Sivkovich’s personal instructions, and on the basis of contracts concluded by the consumers directly with Marcus Cohen.

Also, Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich claims, cash payments were “provided” “for financial needs” during election campaigns and political technology events in Ukraine. That is, while on the run in the Russian Federation, he provided some consumers in our country with cash!

Volodymyr Leonidovych Sivkovich, out of modesty, does not name either consumers in Ukraine or consumers abroad, or the amounts paid to them by transfers, offsets and in cash. From 2017 to 2019, he met “more than 17 times” (seventeen and a half? – Author) in the countries of the European Union and Israel with US citizens Marcus Cohen, Michael Gordon and Ukrainian citizens Alexander Belyaev and Oleg Kulinich.

Vladimir Sivkovich did not meet Ivan Bakanov personally. And, naturally, there were no representatives of the Russian special services at these meetings. Due to the lack of need for their presence.

In addition to the above-mentioned citizens, Vladimir Leonidovich, at the request of Ivan Bakanov, attracted the following citizens of the same two countries for information support.

Oleg Viktorovich Dubina flew to America together with Ivan Bakanov in order to raise the level and status of the delegation.

Oleg Vladimirovich Nadosha was involved in the creation of call centers, political technologies and sociology, election protection and conducting exit polls together with the US company Global Management Association Corp.

Elena Alekseyevna Duma (aka Kholevitskaya, aka Faitsevich, aka Litvinyuk) organized protests through trade unions, testified about something to representatives of the US Department of Justice.

Semyon Zakharovich Kislin (aka Sam Kislin, aka Semyon Zusovich Kislin) was the initiator of interviews outside of Ukraine, including the United States, in which the corrupt activities of Petro Poroshenko and his entourage were exposed. Vladimir Sivkovich himself, “asked and recommended” Ivan Bakanov to involve as many people as possible abroad and in Ukraine.

The mysterious lawyer asked Volodymyr Leonidovych whether he had provided funding (in addition to the above-mentioned consumers) for media platforms, information campaigns in favor of the Ukrainian presidential candidate Zelensky with the participation of foreign experts in 2019? As an affirmative answer, Sivkovich referred to the payment document and power of attorney he had provided in the name of Oleh Nadosha.

The mysterious lawyer, based on information sources known to him, asked Sivkovich whether he had taken part as a representative of Ukraine in organizing the so-called “closed channel” for negotiations between the President of Ukraine and the top leadership of the Russian Federation and representatives of the United States at the request (instruction) of the Ukrainian authorities, so that Alexander Belyaev would become the communicator and representative of the President of Ukraine?

Vladimir Leonidovich confirmed that it was he who organized a meeting between the representative of President Vladimir Zelensky, Alexander Vladimirovich Belyaev, Ivan Bakanov’s brother-in-law, and the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. The meeting took place with the aim of creating a closed communication channel, establishing peace, and freeing the “Kerch sailors.” Alexander Belyaev, as Sivkovich claims, brought and even handed over a gift from Vladimir Zelensky to Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich repentantly and regretfully says that he did all this only and only for the “establishment of the fastest possible peace and democracy in Ukraine, since he believed that the implementation of the election program of President V.A. Zelensky would ensure the achievement of these goals.” Then Vladimir Leonidovich tells the mysterious lawyer that someone and with someone agreed that the time of the “special status” of the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” would be reduced to one and a half years upon the return of these territories occupied by the Russian Federation to Ukraine.

The mysterious lawyer persistently continues to question Volodymyr Sivkovich. He is interested in whether he took part in promoting the interests of the President of Ukraine V.A. Zelensky during the process of holding “closed” negotiations at the request of the leadership of Ukraine with the top leadership of the Russian Federation in 2019?

Volodymyr Leonidovych answered the question affirmatively and specified that he had prepared a number of documents in the interests of the President of Ukraine and had met in the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the National Security and Defense Council, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. As a result of his meetings, negotiations between Presidents Zelensky and Putin became possible, as well as dialogues at the level of their representatives, and closed negotiations began with Zelensky’s representative, whose name Sivkovich does not mention.

As proof of his fruitful activity, Vladimir Leonidovych points out that the text of the letters from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry for the release of the 24 “Kerch sailors” captured under the previous president, Peter the Great Ersatz-Chocolate, was rewritten twice in Ukraine until, before the third version of the letter, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin was removed.

The next question from the mysterious lawyer was as follows. He was interested in whether the information about the intentions of Vladimir Sivkovich to return to Ukraine and the development of legal mechanisms for this possible return with representatives of the OPU, SBU, UCP with the active participation of Oleg Kulinich, acting within the framework of, among other things, procedural instructions from the leadership of the UCP and the leadership of the SBU, is true?

Volodymyr Sivkovych answered this question, again, in the affirmative. He stated that his very participation in the presidential election campaign in 2019 and his further assistance to the authorities envisaged his return to Ukraine. He emphasized that negotiations with the UCP and the SBU were carried out, in particular, by Oleg Kulinich. But not only by him, but also by other, equally mysterious, like the lawyer who questioned him, pro-government and close-to-government figures.

Then the public learned that Oleg Nadosha was in Moscow in December 2021, literally on the eve of the armed attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine. There he met with Vladimir Sivkovich, who, according to Nadosha, tried to recruit him. During the recruitment, Vladimir Leonidovich acted as a representative of the FSB of the Russian Federation, – this is what Nadosha’s failed agent claims.

Sivkovich angrily denies Nadosha’s claims. According to Vladimir Leonidovich, he is sure that Oleg Nadosha filed a complaint against him with the SBU under pressure from secret police officers. And, in retaliation against the complainant, Sivkovich states that during the presidential election campaign he personally gave Oleg Nadosha more than $250,000. Which he, naturally, did not declare. And did not pay taxes on it.

With this money, Nadosha eventually sent Sivkovich the sociology of KIIS and other sociological companies. That is, Oleg Nadosha cheated in this case, because Sivkovich could have taken this sociology for free from open sources. Vladimir Sivkovich used Oleg Nadosha on a paid basis since the early 2000s. Not only paid, but also on a “regular basis”. Therefore, Sivkovich did not need to recruit Nadosha in 2021 in Moscow.

Vladimir Leonidovich categorically denied cooperation with the FSB and his representation in the FSB of the Russian Federation.

The all-knowing mysterious lawyer never tired of asking and asked Vladimir Sivkovich whether he organized and financed the arrival in Ukraine of former and current employees of the Israeli special services through the private company Global Analytica LTD to minimize and neutralize threats during the election campaign against the candidate for the presidency of Ukraine Zelensky at the request and request of Ivan Bakanov?

Volodymyr Leonidovych confirmed that in March 2019, information was received from someone and by someone about the preparation of the physical elimination of presidential candidate Zelensky in connection with the promotion by Petro Poroshenko’s headquarters of the scandal with Volodymyr Aleksandrovich’s blood test for drugs. And so, in order to neutralize criminal intentions, Volodymyr Sivkovich decided to call representatives of the Israeli special services to Bakanov’s headquarters.

And it turned out that just the arrival of these representatives and their identification in Kyiv made it clear to the then leadership of the SBU and President Poroshenko that the Israeli (and not only them!) special services knew everything. As Sivkovich states, Zelensky’s competitors had to abandon the physical elimination of Zelensky due to his decisive actions.

And the contract with Global Analytica LTD was signed by Marcus Cohen with the personal participation of Vladimir Sivkovich. Sivkovich also financed this contract, the amount of which remains a commercial secret for everyone. Ivan Bakanov and Oleg Kulinich worked with representatives of Global Analytica LTD in Ukraine.

The interview was over. According to him, Vladimir Leonidovich Sivkovich, it was recorded correctly.

Sivkovych had no additions or comments to the interview.

And soon the Vienna (February 15, 2019) meeting drenched Ukraine with blood. Completely and irrevocably.
